A neutral outline of how orders, payment and delivery work. All figures are pending confirmation and are stated in the quotation.
Orders and production
Products are made to order with outsourced production. Specifications are confirmed with you before production starts.
Payment
Production and shipment follow receipt of advance or full payment. Proportions, currency, payment methods and any credit terms are pending confirmation.
Quotation validity
Quotation validity period: every quotation states its own validity dates. Because tungsten carbide and steel prices move, quotations are issued with a defined validity rather than as long-term fixed prices, and a quotation past its validity date is re-priced before the order is accepted.
Lead time and delivery
Lead time: stated on the quotation and confirmed on the order confirmation; it depends on the item, the quantity and the material grade. Shipping methods: air, sea LCL/FCL or courier, chosen with you and stated on the quotation.
